Chicken Drumsticks rubbed with olive oil and special seasonings and baked to perfection.
Has the price of meat got you scrambling for economical dishes to serve your family? Baked chicken drumsticks are a family favorite. Served with a couple of sides, your meal is complete.
Grocery stores package chicken drumsticks in a variety of package sizes. Package sizes range from 2 pounds (6 drumsticks) up to 10-pound packages. Of course, the larger the package the cheaper the per-pound price. I picked the 2-pound size because the drumsticks were larger. Seemed like the larger the package the smaller the drumsticks were in the package.

Baking Tips
- Dry your thawed drumsticks with paper towels.
- Mix your herbs in a sealable plastic gallon bag.
- Spray the drumsticks with the olive oil spray to help the seasonings adhere to the legs.
- Use foil to cover your baking pan for faster cleanup.
- Spray the foil liberally with nonstick olive oil.
- Bake with high heat-425 degrees.
