Keto Products that I use daily.
This is the coffee that I drink every morning. After my first cup, I switch to regular K-cups and use C8 MCT Oil Powder as creamer.
Nuticost C8 MCT Oil Powder
I use this powder as a creamer in my non-keto K-cups. C8 MCT Oil is the one thing my doctors encouraged me to use to help increase my brain/memory functions.
This is the regular coffee that I drink. Depending on my mood, I use regular, half-calf, and decaf.
I am writing a blog post about my Keto Zone journey. But, this is the doctor and plan that my doctor recommended.
I have used e-meals for years. Keto is just one of the food plans they offer. I mainly use it for ideas when I draw a blank as to what to fix for supper.
A Keto Recipe Book Based on Southern Cooking
I stumbled upon this book on Amazon. I purchased the Kindle edition. This book is packed full of good ole comfort food. Give it a try.

Coffee is a necessity in the Moreo home. But, our tastes differ. I use a Keurig, and Mike uses a Mr. Coffee.
My 7-year old Keurig 2.0 bit the dust. So, I recently purchased a basic model-Keurig K-Classic Coffee Maker, Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, 6 to 10 oz. Brew Sizes, Black. I love it—the machine cycles off after two hours of non-use.
Mike likes his drip coffee. So I also buy the basic 12-cup coffee pot for him too.
Recently, my old microwave bit the dust. My friend and fellow blogger, Gina/ GinaRaeMitchell.com, recommended a Panasonic Genius Sensor Microwave. My old microwave was a lot smaller. I love my new larger Microwave-Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-SN936B Black Countertop with Inverter Technology and Genius Sensor, 2.2 Cubic Foot, 1250W.
Crock-Pot Casserole Slow Cooker
For the two of us, this casserole slow cooker works great. Since it is a rectangular shape, you can spread your meats out for more even cooking.
Read my product review on this slow cooker.
In 1999, I purchased a ProLine series, Kitchenaid Mixer. It is a 5-quart/10-speed Heavy Duty Stand Mixer. I have several attachments, too. The one I use the most is the pasta roller and cutter set. (Check out my egg noodle recipe.) The only thing I wish is that mine was on a tilt stand. They are a lot more colorful nowadays. Mine is dark grey.
Pots and Pans
Nonstick Frying or Saute Pan
I use a nonstick skillet for most of my egg cooking and any food that I don’t need to crisp. These copper pans work well.
I prefer a heavy stockpot for cooking stews, spaghetti sauce, roasts, and soup. My stockpot is enameled cast iron.
