Iris Schreier
Iris Schreier learned to knit at a young age, but it wasn’t until later in life that she became a passionate knitter and designer. In 2004, she founded Artyarns with the goal of producing sophisticated, hand-dyed yarns that elevate the color and quality of projects. You can find many of her designs published in respected magazines such as Vogue Knitting, and in her books, including Modular Knits: New Techniques for Today’s Knitters. As an instructor, Iris travels all over the country, leading workshops on a variety of knitting subjects.
