This Saturday Greetings 110 has crochet Nordic Textured Coasters, Knit Baby Cardigan, 46 Easy Sewing Patterns, Woven Arts, Strawberry Chicken Salad, and Low Carb & Keto Grill.
Janne Kleivset of Joy in Motion is the designer of these lovely Nordic Textured Coasters. She used a US Size I crochet hook and Lion Brand 24/7 cotton. The pattern is free on her blog. But, if you want an ad-free PDF, she has a $5.97 per month membership program that gives you access to most of her other patterns, or you can purchase this pattern for $2.
This pattern, in several sizes, is free on Marianna’s Lazy Daisy Days blog. It uses DK weight yarn and is knit top-down. Sorry, the instructions are only on the website-no PDF. The jacket is knit with DK weight yarn. Click here for the Nevis Baby Hat.
Check out all these projects using this pattern on Ravelry.
Better Homes and Gardens has a slide show of 46 of the easiest sewing patterns. The patterns are all free, and there is something for every skill level. Just click on the image and find something to whip up.
Fill your home with woven arts. Handwoven magazine shows you some techniques to inspire you. Enjoy Andrea Lotz’s article.
Summer weather makes me want cold food or food from the grill.
This Strawberry Chicken Salad recipe by The Recipe Critic sounds like the perfect summer food. At my current Keto Zone journey, it is too high on the carbs plus I still can’t have fruit. I am permitted 20 net carbs for my entire day. A serving of this salad has 15 net carbs. I am three months into my journey. After four months, I can have berries. So, I will fix a similar salad and leave off the berries–for now!
For those of you still wondering if al a person eats on a Keto diet is bacon, broccoli, cauliflower, and eggs, I thought I would let you take a look at all the great summer grilling ideas that the Diet Doctor has put together. I am a member of the Diet Doctor, but I do not get any compensation for showing their products or programs.
