FOOD/RECIPES
Another hectic week going back and forth to the warehouse meant a slow cooker, take-out, and other quick meals. I love to try new recipes.
This week we ate BBQ ribs cooked in the slow cooker covered in apple butter, our favorite BBQ sauce, Gala apple slices, and sliced onion. This is really tasty when reheated in the oven. For reheating, I placed each serving in its own sealed foil packet. I set the oven at 325 degrees and heated the ribs until warm.
The other meals were either grilled sandwiches, Schwan’s, or leftovers.
One of our favorite take-out meals is from First Wok. We get the General Tso lunch.
Here is the recipe link for the Six Sisters Stuff Apple Butter BBQ Spareribs

Have a great week!
UNTIL NEXT WEEK–
